For SAP Mobile Secure production customers, support is provided using SAP Service Marketplace.
SAP Service Marketplace contains various target group-specific portals that enable collaboration between SAP and its customers and partners. You can log on to SAP Service Marketplace using your internet browser by entering the following address: http://service.sap.com.
Your portal for all support-related questions is the SAP Support Portal. It is used to report incidents, search for solutions in the notes database, download software, request license keys to run your software, and to maintain your system and user data. You can connect to SAP Support Portal using the following address: http://support.sap.com. When opening an incident for SAP Mobile Secure, cloud edition please use MOB-SEC for the component.

When entering a Support Ticket using the SAP Support Portal, the component MOB-SEC should be used for SAP Mobile Secure, cloud edition related incidents.
If you are the first user of your company you are listed as a super administrator in SAP Support Portal. For details about super administrator tasks, visit http://service.sap.com/about-admins. Initially, new users and training course participants do not have any authorizations in SAP Service Marketplace, just read-only access. To request authorizations please contact the super administrator in your company (see under 'My Profile' > 'Display my Super-administrators').
